Paul Kelly
Executive Director

 
Paul Kelly is the Executive Director of College Hockey, Inc.  Prior to taking on this role in late November 2009, Paul served for two years as the Executive Director of the NHL Players’ Association, representing the 740 players of the NHL.
 
An accomplished trial attorney who practiced law in Boston for over 25 years, Paul is listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America and was voted by his peers in the legal profession as one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Massachusetts.  Paul was also the prosecutor from the U.S. Department of Justice responsible for bringing Alan Eagleson to justice for committing fraud and embezzlement against the membership of the NHLPA.  Paul has also represented past and present NHL players as a trial lawyer, including Marty McSorley who was accused of criminal assault following an incident during a game between the Boston Bruins and Vancouver Canucks in February 2000.
 
Paul is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Toledo College of Law, and clerked for a federal trial judge in Michigan for two years after law school.
 
Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hockey Hall of Fame, and also a member of the Board of Directors and International Council of USA Hockey.  Paul coached youth and high school hockey for over 12 years, and continues to play in a weekly men’s hockey league when not traveling as part of his role for College Hockey, Inc.

Kevin Lovitt
Senior Director, Business Operations

 
Kevin Lovitt is the Senior Director, Business Operations for College Hockey Inc.  Previous to taking this position, Kevin served as Director of Corporate Partnerships for the NHL Players’ Association.  In that position Kevin managed all relationships with the PA’s corporate and business partners as well as joint sponsors with the NHL.

Before joining the NHLPA, Kevin served as a Managing Director of the Integis Group, a cross functional sports management agency specializing in sponsorship, franchise consulting and media acquisitions.  He also has over 10 years experience in the sports marketing industry at the two largest sports management companies in the world, Octagon Worldwide and IMG.   As Senior Vice President at Octagon, Kevin managed all areas of Octagon’s Properties and Sponsorship business.  At IMG, he founded IMG’s Franchise and Properties practice.  Kevin has extensive experience in franchise consultation and marketing and has managed the endorsement portfolios for Peyton Manning, Derek Jeter, Wayne Gretzky, Jaromir Jagr and Ray Allen.

Kevin graduated from Brown University, where he played hockey for four years, where he earned All Ivy honors in three seasons and captained the team in his senior year.  He also holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a law degree from the Pace University School of Law.

Jeff Dwyer
Director, Education & Recruitment
 
Jeff Dwyer is the Director of Education & Recruitment for College Hockey, Inc.  Prior to joining the College Hockey team, Jeff spent the last 18 months in the coaching ranks of both the East Coast Hockey League and United States Hockey League.  As a member of the staff of the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL, Jeff served as both Assistant Coach and Assistant Director of Hockey Operations.  Following his time in Salt Lake City, Jeff became an Assistant Coach and Head Scout for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the USHL.
 
Drafted in the sixth round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft by the Atlanta Thrashers, Jeff signed his first professional contract in March of 2004, following a four year career with the Yale Bulldogs.  During his time at Yale, Jeff was a member of an Ivy League Championship team as well as being named Co-Ivy League rookie of the year and serving as assistant Captain in his Senior year.
 
Jeff’s professional career spanned parts of five seasons.  He was a member of the 2004-2005 Chicago Wolves team that played in the Calder Cup Finals of the American Hockey League, as well as being a part of the 2005-2006 Gwinnett Gladiators Squad that reached the Kelly Cup Finals in the ECHL.  Jeff spent one year in Europe playing for Cortina In the Italian Serie “A” League, a season in which Cortina won its first title in 35 years.

Andréa Pasquale
Intern
 
Andréa Pasquale is the Intern for College Hockey, Inc. He attends Northeastern University in Boston, MA and is currently on a sixth-month “co-op” at College Hockey, Inc. Andréa just finished up his sophomore year this past May and is seeking a degree in Communications with a minor in Business. He is on the 5-year program at Northeastern.
 
Prior to joining College Hockey, Inc. Andréa worked two summers in construction for Dominick Zanni & Sons in Reading, MA. He also had an internship working for Hill Holiday, which is among the top advertising agencies in the country.
 
Andréa is currently playing college hockey at the club level for Northeastern and plans to play for the club all five years he is there. His team finished 20-8-1 last season.
